Our open house service does not allocate specific time slots for each tenant. Instead, the focus is on attracting as many interested individuals as possible to tour the property during the designated time frame.

Viewings Made Easy
What's included:
On the day of the viewing, we will collect the keys from your office or a key safe. The property and office must be within a 10-mile radius of each other. If you need to post the keys to us, get in contact for the address. On the day of the booking, we will host an open-house viewing on your behalf, representing your company. The open-house viewing will be for the duration of 1 hour, with no limit on the number of people that can attend the open-house viewing. Additional hours can be booked if required. At the end of the viewing, the property will be secured and the keys dropped back.

How much does a viewing cost?
Prices start from just £64.99. Additional hours can be purchased at a flat rate of £20.00 per hour if required.

How will you get access to the property?
We will collect the keys from the office or a key safe. The property and office must be within a 10-mile radius of each other.

How do I book?
Online bookings are available for all our services 24 hours a day. Our online booking form is the quickest and easiest way to request a booking. Simply fill in the form and we will confirm your booking details and date via email. If we require any further information from you, we will contact you by either email or telephone. If email is your preferred booking method, please remember to include as much information as possible. How do I pay?
Investors/Landlords - payment is required up-front prior to your booking. A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email and is payable no later than 48 hours prior to your booking date to avoid cancellation.

Letting Agents - Invoices will be issued the same day as the booking and payable within 5 days from the date of the invoice.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, of course. Simply send an email to info@sourcepropertyservices.co.uk to cancel or rearrange your booking. To avoid cancellation charges, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
