Letting agents - Invoices will be issued on the day or the service is completed and payable within 5 days. Landlords, tenants or new clients - payment is required up-front prior to the property visit.  A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email.

Yes, of course. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation charges.
