Our professional inventory reports in Bristol are produced to be compliant with the highest industry standards. We inspect the condition of the property, its cleanliness and fixtures and fittings. We also take the meter readings and test the smoke alarms. Our detailed inventory reports are also supported with high-resolution photographs for robust before and after comparison. Our inventory reports are paperless and signed for by all tenants digitally using a touchscreen phone, tablet or PC. Making the whole process quick and easy for all parties involved. Rooms included in a standard inventory report: 2 downstairs reception rooms, 1 kitchen, hallways, landings, stairs, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and the relevant number of bedrooms. White goods, furnishings, gardens, smoke alarm testing and meter readings. Detailed descriptions, photo evidence, digital signing and a free tenancy guide. Please note: additional rooms outside of the standard report, such as en-suites, laundry rooms, garages, conservatory, cellars etc are not included in the standard report price and will be charged for at a flat rate of £10.00 for each additional room. Heavily furnished properties will be charged at an additional flat rate of £10.00 extra.
